The Challenge
Luxury buyers demand trust and exclusivity. The client needed authentication workflows, AR previews, and a timed-auction mechanic that existing SaaS platforms could not provide.
The Solution
We built a headless commerce stack on Next.js 14 + Medusa.js with a WebGL AR try-on viewer (Three.js), an in-house Stripe-powered auction engine, and a blockchain certificate-of-authenticity issuer.
